Amy Morris, MSPT

Amy Morris
Amy graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 1992 with a master’s degree in physical therapy. When she first graduated, she was frustrated by her limitations, so she immediately focused on expanding her education and effectiveness. Once she took her first class she was hooked. She loves learning and applying new information to help her patients. Throughout the years, Amy’s areas of focus have expanded based on the needs of her clients. She is drawn to manual therapy because of the healing power of touch and has refined her skills to be more precise and effective. She studies movement and loves to solve the puzzle of how to help her clients move more easily and be more comfortable in their bodies. The more she learns, the more she wants to learn. When not with her patients, Amy lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and 3 children. She regularly teaches and practices yoga.

Dr. Nadia Ruffing, PT, DPT

Amy Morris

Nadia, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), specializes in orthopedics, pelvic health, women’s postpartum wellness, sports rehabilitation, and corrective exercise. She firmly believes that individuals of all ages, genders, and life circumstances deserve to feel their best in their bodies. She adopts a “meet you where you are” mindset, emphasizing that holistic care doesn’t have to be a taboo form of treatment. She advocates for the importance of understanding how the body moves and heals, believing that everyone can benefit from this knowledge.

Growing up, Nadia aspired to become a physician, particularly an OB-GYN. However, after experiencing her own medical issues at a young age, she decided to explore alternative healing methods through a healthy and holistic lifestyle. This transformative experience resulted in her desire to help others take control of their health and wellness. She began as a fitness coach and pursued various certifications, including Parkinson Wellness Recovery coaching and postpartum fitness until eventually treating patients as a Physical Therapist.

Nadia lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband, new baby boy, two German shepherd dogs, and a formerly stray kitty they saved from the neighborhood. She enjoys reading fantasy novels, writing in her spare time, powerlifting, and baking gluten-free goodies!
